    It was fine here, but I can see why this place has low stars. First, the food was ok. It wasn't the greatest food we had during our time in Venice, but tasted fine. My wife had the gnocchi and it wasn't to her liking.  

    I think the waiters here don't speak English very well which may be the reason for some bad reviews about service.

    On the flip side, The view was nice though. Also, I was worried about the horror stories that people were overcharged. That was not the case here - our bill totaled out to the expected amount.

    Bottom Line: I wouldn't suggest coming here if you're a visitor to Venice. There are probably better places to eat.

    This was one of the worst experiences in Venice. STAY AWAY!
    Waiters are slow and just stand around chatting with each other. The food was horrible, the tenderloin I ordered came with just a gray sauce, so the dish looked like vomit, meat was also raw. I wish I checked yelp before going here.

    To sum it up:
    Horrible, horrible, horrible!!

    Bill was incorrect and we were WAY overcharged for a dish that was 3x the cost of everything else for nothing special. Their display menu says "no cover charge," but they charge a 12% service charge and no other restaurant we went to charges a service charge. Complete rip off. DO NOT GO! I wish we read the reviews instead of just stopping by.

    This place was horrible. I thought I was making a good choice but not only was the service horrible. The drinks weren't so great, my mom ordered a $26 meat dish that was close to disgusting and on top of everything one of the waiters hit me in the head hard with his elbow. I don't recommend it. Spend your money somewhere else.

    Rude to Americans!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrendous We ordered Gelato from there own place and when we sat down and tried to order some drinks the mean waitress (who looked like a bigger version of Edna Mode, BEWARE) YELLED at us in English and when I asked if we can order .. she didn't even look at me just said "No No No" it was so embarrassing and it's just ridiculous on how they get away with treating customers this badly. I'm not surprised at the yelp reviews, I just wish I would have seen them sooner.
